Spring Meadow HOA Interactive Map
Disclaimer: This map is created for the use of the Spring Meadow Homeowner’s Association. This map is not crafted to survey or engineering standards. While care was exercised in its creation, this map is intended only to depict the approximate boundaries of lots within the Spring Meadow subdivision and its subsequent six additions in Albany, OR with lot numbers as they appear on the recorded plats for each addition, along with assigned addresses as of the publication date of the map (4/25/2025) and should not be used for any other purpose. This map was constructed from publicly available and recorded information and the author makes no warranties as to the completeness or correctness of the information depicted.
Created for the Spring Meadow Homeowner’s Association in Albany, Oregon with QGIS, qgis2web, and Leaflet. Data is sourced from public Linn County parcel data and recorded plat maps for the Spring Meadow subdivision and its subsequent six additions.
While each home in a subdivision has a site address once built, property legal descriptions are based on plat and lot number, which is occasionally needed by the HOA when transactions take place with the county. As the properties in the HOA were not all created on the same plat, this created headaches trying to identify which plat to reference to find specific lots, and then verify that the correct address was referenced to the lot number. This map seeks to streamline the process of identifying lots by address within their respective addition plat.
Spring Meadow also has the unique consideration of being the largest, but not the only homeowner’s association within the overall neighborhood. As one can see on the map, the properties in the southeast quadrant of the neighborhood were not constructed on the same plats as, nor are these earlier properties included in the larger HOA. This map also seeks to clarify which properties fall under Spring Meadow’s jurisdiction “at a glance.”
